Before Christmas, the pop singer gave his jubilee to his sweetheart Cherry Seaborn, confirmed a close friend.

Quietly and secretly Ed Sheeran (28) is said to have married his childhood sweetheart Cherry Seaborn (26). This was reported by the British Sun.

The ceremony took place a few days before Christmas in Sheeran’s country house in Suffolk. The wedding should have taken place in the smallest circle, it was “only his closest friends from school, a few family members and the priest” told a close friend of the singer.

Sheeran is a close friend of Taylor Swift, Rita Ora and John Mayer. But they were not invited to the wedding. The insider from Sheeran’s environment said, “He did not want a fuss about the wedding, he just wanted it to be her.”

The bride and groom got engaged about a year before the secret luxury wedding. Sheeran and Seaborn have known each other since school and have been dating since 2015.

“We are happy and in love, and our cats are also very pleased,” the singer (“Shape Of You”) told the public in January 2018 his engagement with Cherry Seaborn. He also posted a picture with his fiancé on his Instagram account.

Six months earlier, Sheeran hinted in an interview with Access that she had already married. He showed a silver ring to the astonished reporter who had asked him about his wedding plans. “You know, I never do anything public anyway,” Sheeran said back then. That might have been just a distraction maneuver.
